Bishop George Kolodziej SDS was ordained and installed as the fifth Bishop of Bunbury in a joyous occasion joined by hundreds of people across the country on the 19 March Solemnity of St Joseph.

Br Matthew Timonera from the Capuchin Friars was ordained into the diaconate at St Fiacre’s Church in Leichhardt on 28 June. In keeping with his Franciscan charism, he hopes to bring his service at the altar and to the poor together.
