Fidelis launched its first event of the year on 25 February, drawing hundreds of young people together to ask the big questions about faith, vocation and life.

This July, at the 2025 Purpose Conference, young Sydney Catholics will have a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to encounter the faith of Blessed Carlo Acutis—the first Millennial Saint—through the world’s first virtual reality experience dedicated to his life and legacy.

When asked what message he would share with the young Catholics gearing up for his appearance at Purpose Fest, Fr Gregory Pine OP, the renowned Dominican scholar based in the US, responded with two words: “let’s go!”

During a special Fidelis event on 13 May – at the Australian Catholic University – the Nicene Creed was illuminated anew through the power of sacred art.

On 26 April, one of the fastest growing Catholic youth movements in Sydney, Fidelis, celebrated its first event of 2025 with 250 young adults in attendance.
